Levelup: Advance players level by 1.

Addexp(#): It adds a specified amount of experience points

Learnskill(skill): Learns specified skill

Re-entering command will increase skill level.

Cat(1): Activates night vision.

Setbeard(1): Grows a beard on Geralt.

History

The plot puts us after the events in The Witcher 2, however, it is not necessary to have played this last title to understand the plot of The Witcher 3. Yennefer de Vengerberg, Geralt’s lover, gets in touch with the sorcerer to communicate that Ciri, his former student and daughter of Emperor Emhyr var Emreis is being sought and persecuted by wild hunt, a group of specters from another dimension, led by their king, Eredin Bréacc Glas, whose goal is to recruit people for their ranks and train an army to invade the dimension we know. In this way, Geralt will undertake a trip in search of his former student, to protect her and end this threat. On the way, we will meet again characters like Triss Merigold or Yaskier, also known as Dandelion.

Huge open world

Something that differentiates The Witcher 3 from previous installments, is the inclusion of an open world, similar to a sandbox of considerable proportions, which had never been seen before in previous titles of the saga.

Thanks to this decision and less linear history, we will be able to explore all corners of the kingdoms in search of dangers or treasures and meet a large number of NPCs for which to carry out secondary missions or with whom to establish and build relationships.

Playability

In the witcher 3, a series of novelties and changes have been included at the playable level, such as melee combat, now more agile and dynamic, which now has two different fighting styles that will provide more or less speed and different attacks depending on the development of our character.

In addition, the change of scenery to an open world has made it obligatory to create more than 100 new animations, such as swimming, diving, horse riding and fighting to travel long distances or jumping and climbing obstacles, among others, in addition, to include new game mechanics such as “the sense of sorcerer.”

In this third installment, our decisions will also have an impact on the development of the plot and we can face many options with different effects to complete both the main and secondary missions.
